It all started in January 2024 when we met and shared our very first date at Trader Joe’s, picking out fresh ingredients and making homemade pizzas together. A simple, sweet beginning that felt so natural. For our second date, we went to church together. From that moment, it was clear our relationship would be built on something deeper than just shared interests. It would be built on our shared faith.
Fast forward to May 2025, when fate stepped in again. My tire popped and Montreal came to the rescue. That unexpected moment brought us back together and everything since then has felt like God’s perfect timing. We both come from loving, strong Christian families and our faith is at the heart of who we are. It is our foundation, our purpose, and our greatest blessing.
Montreal was the song leader at his church back home and I have always loved being part of church life and events like beach camp. Together, we have grown close quickly, bonded by long walks, Harry Potter and Marvel movie nights, dinners at Blue Goose, and karaoke with my family. But most importantly, we are united by our shared love for Jesus. Without Him, we wouldn’t be here and every step of our journey has been guided by His grace.
We can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter of this story He’s writing for us, surrounded by the people who mean the most to us.
